Calories + Control
Our meals are designed for weight loss and will always be under 500 Calories. Each meal is weighted and contains 5 ounces of protein, 3.5 ounces of carbohydrates and 5+ ounces of veggies. We craft it this this way in order to ensure each meal is filled with the average recommended macronutrients needed to hit your goals. We also teach portion control. Our goal is for your body to ultimately become familiar with our portion sizes and you eating less, but feeling full.
Our variety of meals are the best. Boring is the last word to describe our weekly menu. We take pride in not repeating a meal until at least two months. And if that's not enough options for you, try our A La Carte system & Custom Meals.
