Our Story

Founded in 2018 by Kay and Amber Kromah, #KromahFit was created to represent a lifestyle that inspires others to become their best selves through commitment, passion and hard work. After losing a combined 100 pounds within 8 months, Kay & Amber decided to share their secret by promoting the healthy meals that catalyzed their transformation. 


We are focused on providing a fresh, affordable, and tasty menu that is filled with the nutrients you need to live a healthier lifestyle.

Time 

Having your meals on hand during the day means you don't have to go to the local cafe for food. This not only saves you time, but also your waistline. You have full control over the portions and ingredients.

Knowing what you are going to select and having your ingredients readily available allows you to concentrate on eating and using your time . When you carefully select good recipes at the beginning of the week with appropriate side dishes, you are able to avoid throwing together a quick—yet unhealthy—option for dinner.
